Program
We are forced to recognize that many individuals with a low level of education pledge ignorance as a protection shield. For them it seems natural, even desirable, to claim in front of others that a topic is devoid of interest to hide their lack of knowledge on the subject. The ACS program is a tool designed to reclaim the learning process. ,. The program’s goal is to show the trite disguise that is ignorance and help escape the vicious circle of fear and rejection as to help critical thinking regain its due place.
Ignorance often leads individuals to use exclusion, delinquency and crime as a means of self-expression. By these means they express dissatisfaction towards a society that ostensibly rejects them. The aim of ACS is to help those individuals discover different means of expression and realization that dissatisfaction is a normal human feeling that can be expressed without shame or disrespect. The ACS program has identified many reflective and communicational ways of channelling dissatisfaction and routing this energy to positive outputs The ACS program will act as a mediator in the process of learning and reclaiming learning tools by collaborating with individuals working for social progress, architects of a reflective mind or different types of artists. At the heart ACS lies the fact that it is the learner who must decide what makes sense and what does not.
