Montreal, July 19th, 2010 - Exeko and Marie-Hélène Loisel came together to work on the Women’s beds series. This collaboration focused on developing a file that includes an artistic biography, a presentation of the work and the approach, the artist’s CV, and a technical rider. This file aims at presenting the artwork and at enlightening the underlying artistic approach. Through her work, and especially through the transmission of fabrics from a women’s generation to another, the artist talks about women’s beds from birth to death. If this piece is about women’s condition, it is a feminine artwork before being a feminist one.

The file has been finished, so Exeko will now work with Marie-Hélène Loisel on finding exhibition places for Women’s beds, in Canada and in France.
